Description
Class Experience
Students will learn all of the math topics needed to feel confident going into 6th grade, or as a refresher before entering 7th. In addition to specific topics and problem solving techniques, students will learn short-cuts and mental math techniques I've found beneficial in my 13 years of teaching.
Optional Practice Assignments to strengthen what we cover in class (45 min a session).
Completion of course. For students completing Practice Assignments a summary of each topic's mastery level can be requested. Students receiving a "Fluent" or or "Proficient" in all assignments may request a certificate of completion.
4 hours 10 minutes per week in class, and an estimated 2 - 4 hours per week outside of class.
