Beginner - Intermediate Level
During this class students will have a brief introduction to the artist, Leonardo Da Vinci. We will draw one of his most famous paintings “The Mona Lisa” The first half of class students will develop a drawing in 5 progressive steps. They will learn that drawings can also be broken down to 5 basic shapes. During the second half of class, students will learn basic coloring technique. They will learn three ways to color a finished drawing. Coloring is just as important as the drawing! Your child will be astonished by the beauty, clarity, and color of their drawing! This is an portrait of the Mona Lisa that they can be proud of! It is my hope that I can instill a love for drawing as well as a sense of confidence in your young learner!
