Description

Class Experience

Students will watch short videos that demonstrate skills to be used in real-world performance tasks that are submitted to a shared Google Drive. Teacher will review assignments, comment and offer feedback. Several assignments are collaborative and shared between students where they will us Google Meet to discuss and share ideas and then use Apps to work on shared documents.This way, the students are actively using Google Drive and collaborative tools while learning the other apps.

Students are able to use Google Apps to effectively collaborate with their peers and colleagues.
Students are prepared to sit for the GSuite Certification Exam

I am a Level 2 Google Certified Educator. I am currently completing my practicum for becoming a Certified Trainer.

Each week features a new shared document that students will create and apply the skills they learn from instructional videos. Instructor is able to see all changes made by the student and offer feedback through comments and suggestions feature. 
Students must complete performance tasks to move on to the next app as most tasks follow on the previous. 
In the final week, students are given a final performance task for each app.

Students need a Google Account to complete this class. If you have GMail, you have a Google account.

Students are assessed through shared documents and feedback and comments are offered within the doc where students can resolve each issue individually and respond to teacher for each comment.
