Description
Class Experience
For homework for this class, students will be expected to read 15-25 pages a week, the equivalent of 4 to 5 chapters a week, but this will vary somewhat from book to book. All worksheets that pair with the book will be completed during class time.
1. Singing Sensation by Geronimo Stilton 2. A Fabumouse School Adventure by Geronimo Stilton 3. The Chocolate Chase by Geronimo Stilton 4. Geronimo's Valentine by Geronimo Stilton Each book is approximately $5-10, depending on where you choose to purchase them. I will also allow for a student to view books on kindles, ipads, etc ... if that is how you choose to purchase the books. On the first day of class, electronics expectations will be gone over if this is necessary! 5. Notebook 6. Pen/Pencil
Learners will not need to use any apps or websites beyond the standard Outschool tools.
1 hour per week in class, and an estimated 1 - 2 hours per week outside of class.
For class activities, I will provide worksheets and post them on the classroom page. In this case, a printer is recommended, so that grown-ups can print out the worksheets for students to write on during class. However, I understand that access to a printer is not always possible ... If this is the case for your family, please do not hesitate to reach out, and I am happy to accommodate!
