My native language is English—I learned German from my German mother and took German in school all the way through college, earning my B.A. in German. I even worked for a year as an intern in the German Bundestag in an environment of total language immersion. I have a deep respect and appreciation for the German language, which I will pass on to your learner in my class! > GERMAN BUNDESTAG Ms. Christina served for one year as an intern in the German Bundestag. > ESL Ms. Christina served for one year as an English and German teacher in Taiwan. > EARLY LITERACY Ms. Christina worked for seven years in the children's department of a public library with a focus on Early Literacy and multilingual programming. > EDUCATION Ms. Christina has a Bachelor of Arts degree in INTERNATIONAL POLITICS and GERMAN; and a Master of Arts degree in INTERNATIONAL RELATIONS with a language focus on MANDARIN CHINESE.
