In this 1-week class students will learn German summer vocabularies. We will pretend to be in Germany for one week and look at the most important things that you will need if you would ever want to spend a summer in Germany. How do you order ice cream or pizza? What kind of things can you do in Germany in the summer and what are they called? What is the weather like in Germany during summer time? What kind of transportation can we use and how to we ask for it? We will use summersongs and play fun games that will help remember the learned words. This course will be offered in two formats: immersion and non-immersion. This format is the non-immersion course, during which I speak a mixture of English and German. This course will be perfect for beginning speakers. Day 1: Let's order ice cream! Day 2: Summer activities Day 3: Transportation Day 4: Weather Day 5: Let's order pizza!
