This exercise will further strengthen their language skills and fluency in German.Class Experience
In these video lessons, students will engage in a dynamic learning experience where they will actively participate in creating a colorful journal of pictures, words, and phrases while following along with the instructor. The focus will be on interactive activities such as writing and drawing target words and phrases, counting to 100, learning colors, common directions, and engaging with a "question of the week." The course curriculum includes a variety of topics such as animals, human body parts, foods, modes of transportation, introductions, greetings, basic communication skills, family vocabulary, housing, days and months, as well as insights into German culture like Oktoberfest and Karneval. I enjoyed four years of German in school. I later would go on to spend time in Germany speaking to natives. I was originally interested in the German language because of my heritage and also because of the similarities between the English and German languages. I am not a native speaker and have an American accent.
