Beginner - Advanced Level
In this multi-day Private 1:1 German Intensive Exam Prep Course, the learners will work on their specific language goals and challenges in order to prepare for a German exam. They will specifically practice grammar in written and in oral communication to enhance the correctness of the learners' German language skills. Due to the nature of this private, individual 1:1 course, the topics of each lesson will be determined through assessment in and after each session. Possible Topics: Lesson 1: Assessment, Specific (Grammar) Lessons and Exercises (German Articles and Cases) Lesson 2: Re-Assessment, Special (Grammar) Lessons and Exercises (German Articles and Cases) Lesson 3: Re-Assessment, Special (Grammar) Lessons and Exercises (German Sentence Structure, Cases) Lesson 4: Re-Assessment, Special (Grammar) Lessons and Exercises (German Sentence Structure, Cases) Lesson 5: Re-Assessment, Special (Grammar) Lessons and Exercises (German Sentence Structure, Cases) This is the possible structure of a Private Tutoring Lesson: - Check-in and Short Assessment - Lecture - Exercises (Quiz, fill-in the gap, multiple choice, ...) - Correction - Discussing Challenges - Plan for the next lesson - Homework This class is planned to run for 10 weeks with a lesson once a week. Parental Guidance
In this class, we will occasionally use Nearpod and Kahoot Quizzes through a link that the teacher shares with the learner. The learner will not need to sign in. In addition, we will use a Google document for written assignments and vocabulary. Occasionally, the teacher will share educational, appropriate youtube videos to provide additional material.
