German for Beginners - One on One Tutoring

This class is designed to teach beginners German to anyone who is interested in learning a new language. 
The 1-on-1 class can be up to 3 times a week to help your student understand the basics of the German language. The class is 30 minutes long and covers a variety of topics. Below you will see some of the topics that we will learn about.

The class can meet 1, 2, or 3 times per week for 30 minutes each and will provide visual help to understand the information provided. We will meet via Zoom. Your child will learn by playing “the copy” game to emphasize correct pronunciation as well as visual aids to show sentence structures. At the end of each class, students will receive a digital handout reviewing all the terms we learned for that lesson.

Your student will interact with me the entire lecture. I will provide slides, video clips, and some games to introduce your child to the new information and to make learning fun and engaging. I will also use screen sharing to show the spelling of the words that we are learning to provide a good start of not just understanding but also reading the language.

Learners will need to have no prior knowledge of the language but should have an interest in learning and spending time after class to practice what they have learned to get the most out of this class.
