This class is part of a series of classes meant to provide opportunities for students to review and practice math concepts typically taught in 8th grade math. The focus of this class is transversals of parallel lines. Below is a list of concepts that we will be covering during this course. •Day One: Identifying Angle Relationships Created by Transversals •Day Two: Using Angle Relationships to Solve for Missing Angle Measures and to Solve for a Variable Please note that this is a class with a set schedule. Please review the entire schedule before enrolling, as missed classes will not be rescheduled or refunded. Thank you!

Hello! I have been teaching and working in the public school setting for the past nineteen years, and tutoring privately for the past ten years. I have worked with students ranging from kindergarten to eighth grade in math, reading, writing mechanics, American History, and beginning Spanish. I especially enjoy working with students in small groups or individually, and developed skills as an online educator when schools had to close for the pandemic. I have continued to work online with learners today, and truly enjoy it. When I'm not teaching, I enjoy watching television and movies, and traveling with my family.Reviews
