Beginner Level
In this ongoing class, I will walk students through the basics of Geometry. Topics we will cover will include skills such as algebraic equations, lines/line segments/rays/vertex, names of 2D/3D shapes, cross sections of shapes, slope and parallel/perpendicular lines. I will demonstrate the steps needed to solve the problem and have the students watch. Then the students will work through several problems with me and be encouraged to talk me through solving the problems. After this, students...

I'm a certified math teacher and have taught math for 13 years. I've worked with students who have learning disabilities as well as students who are gifted.
Homework Offered
Homework sheets will be posted in the classroom after class. They are not mandatory but highly recommended the student works on them to gain mastery of content.0 - 1 hours per week outside of class
