Class Experience

The Geometry course is structured into four quarters with nine, one-hour sessions per quarter. The second quarter covers key concepts including, triangle inequalities, angles of polygons, properties of parallelograms, rectangles, and more.
The classes are designed for students ages 13-18 and are relevant to students who need challenged in their current math studies, including 9th grade students who would benefit from support, and 10th -12th grade students who need a review of their foundational understanding of Geometry concepts. Homework is not required, however problem exercises are available for students who would like the additional practice.

2nd Quarter concepts covered include:
•	Triangle Inequalities
•	Inequalities in two triangles
•	Angles of Polygons
•	Properties of Parallelograms
•	Conditions for Parallelograms
•	Rectangles
•	Rhombi and Squares
•	Trapezoids
•	Kites

Classes are open to six students maximum and are accessed via the Zoom Platform. It is not necessary for students to attend all four quarters to participate in the classes, however it is suggested that you have proficiency enough to meet the topics covered in the first quarter of this course.
