What is the difference between a continent and a country? 2. Where is each continent located? 3. What is the population? 4. Which countries make up that continent? 5. What is the weather? 6. Which languages are spoken? 7.What is the significance of major various Landmarks? 8. Which animals are native and/or exclusive to the continent? 9. Which foods and meals are enjoyed? 10. What significant holidays do the citizens of this continent celebrate? Meeting 1 - Asia Meeting 2 - Africa Meeting 3 - Australia Meeting 4 - North America Meeting 5 - South America Meeting 6 - Antartica Meeting 7 - Europe Meeting 8 - Recap of our travels! ~ How will students be evaluated? ~ There will be a series of formative assessments through discussions and activities. You will be provided with a handout that you may, optionally, submit for feedback. Students will receive feedback to their exit ticket response.

In this class, we will focus on the various continents around the world. Discussion of these continents may present current event topics that have/ are currently happening.
