Did you know that Crater Lake in Oregon is the deepest lake in the United States and it was formed after an old volcano collapsed? Any guesses of where the largest mammoth fossil was found? If you said Nebraska, you're correct! Come join me in this ongoing geography geniuses club where you will learn about the 50 States of the USA! Each week we will study 2 new states by taking a look at their location, capital city, state bird and state flower as well as some interesting fun facts about each of the 50 States of the USA. We will also share our personal experiences from the states we live in or have visited. Students will observe pictures and short video clips to learn more about each state. This is a fun and interactive class for students who are interested in geography. I hope to see you soon. Join us at any time!
