Class Experience

Students will demonstrate mastery of up to 29 concepts related to places and things in and near The Middle East by practicing for meaning, reviewing, completing a Kahoot game quiz and then reviewing errors. These concepts are embedded in middle school geography learning standards.
Teacher qualifications: I am certified as a Social Studies Teacher in my state, and have taught Social Studies (including World Geography) for over 18 years. My classes have had lots of fun and engagement with Kahoot Challenges.
Optional. Students are encouraged to review the provided handouts before class. This will improve the depth of their learning and also give them a competitive edge in the Kahoot challenge.
 2 files available upon enrollment
Handouts will be provided (for student review and reference): List of terms and definitions on Middle East countries that may be covered in Kahoot Middle East Maps - Map of Southwest Asia and North Africa, (Political and Physical), Map of the World
