Description
Class Experience
Students will learn about some of the most popular and famous national parks in the United States.
I have my BA in Social Studies Education, and 3 years teaching social studies classes at various middle school & high school levels. Additionally, I have a huge passion for Ancient History, Archaeology, and Exploration which helps me fuel my drive to pass on knowledge and an appreciation of these topics to students. Additionally, I have over a decade of experience hiking, mountaineering and rock climbing, exploring the back-country of some of the most amazing places in America.
There will be no specific homework assigned for this class.
There will be no formal assessment or grade given for this class, unless previously requested by the Parents.
No live meetings, and an estimated 0 - 1 hours per week outside of class.
