Class Experience

1/2 cup hoisin sauce 1/4 cup white vinegar 3 tbs soy sauce 3 tbs sugar 2 tbs cornstarch 1 1/2 cups water 1 1/2 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breast cut into half inch pieces 1 tbs vegetable oil 4 garlic cloves, minced 2 tbs grated fresh ginger 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes 3 large egg whites 1 1/2 cups cornstarch 1/2 cup all purpose flour 1/2 tsp baking soda 4 cups vegetable oil please prepare cooked, hot jasmine rice. If you have any questions on how to prepare this, please let me know. EQUIPMENT: 1 medium pot 1 thermometer (oil or candy thermometer) 1 slotted spoon 1 large ziplock bag 1 large saute pan 1 baking sheet cooling rack knife cutting board 3 loaf pans 2 bowls 1 whisk 1 small pot
