The final project will be a recorded original song or cover of their choice. 🍎💻Apple's GarageBand is an amazing free tool (for Mac users) that all modern musicians should learn. The end goal is to have a professionally produced track at the end of the course. Here's how I will break it down. Each class, besides the first, will be the lessons listed...
Students will learn how to put together a professionally produced song.

1-2 hours of practice on the topics covered in class is recommended.1 - 2 hours per week outside of class

You will need - An apple computer from at least 2014. (Macbook Pro, IMac, Mac Mini, Macbook air) - at least 8GB of ram on the computer - Wired headphones. (studio headphones are recommended but any will work) *Feel free to ask me any questions about gear! ****All of the gear below is completely optional!**** - A USB microphone. - A keyboard midi controller. - An external drive with at least 50GB - Guitar/Bass players may want to have an audio interface to plug their guitars into for recording. I recommend the IRig or the M-Audio Solo
