Oh no! Our farmer friend wants to get to the farmer's market to sell some produce and animals, but someone has locked the gate! Help find the code to all four locks before time runs out! In this one-time class, we will practice addition and subtraction within 100, with and without regrouping. The object is to finish all four tasks around the farm. Completing each task will unlock another one of the locks on the gate. Students will work together to add and subtract the number of apples, liters of milk, bundles of wool, bags of fertilizer, eggs and so much more. The last task will be to travel around a board game and collect all the vegetables by solving math problems. This class is perfect for 1st grade, 2nd grade and 3rd grade students (or any student) who want to practice their addition and subtraction skills within 100. The learning happens in a Google Slides presentation full of fun animations, sound effects, and pclickable tasks. The teacher will screen share; no materials are needed outside the classroom.
