This class meets weekly and is ongoing! Students are encouraged to just play video games, talk to other gamers and share all the fun things of video games with each-other! Classes will be very laid back in nature, Students will be allowed to share and lead in conversation. Every week, students will discuss their current favorite game, what they've been up to in the game, how close they are to the next level, and any fun tips they've discovered that they would like to share. I encourage every student to participate in stepping out of their comfort zone in order to gain new social skills and gaming buddies! Being that we are all sharing secrets, tips, levels, strategies, etc. Students may hear spoilers for games they haven't played yet, but may also learn tips to get to that spoiler faster! Screenshots and screen sharing is allowed to show other students their gameplay. However, only age appropriate games are allowed (ie. no gore, inappropriate language, nudity, crazy amounts of blood, etc.)
Learning Goals
Students will naturally develop social skills, and better avenues for human interaction and learn new ways to improve their gaming!
