Are you a gaming geek and proud? In this social club, we talk about the different video games we like to play. Whether you want to discuss a really difficult trophy you’re trying to complete on PlayStation, or a guild you’ve joined in Elder Scrolls, this club is for you. There is no set topic in this club, as we all bring our experience and passions into the mix. As such, this club is considered learner-led. If you want to talk about a new game you just discovered, we will talk about that. If you just completed a really difficult challenge and want to share your success, we will talk about that. Please note, learners are not permitted to share gaming handles or identifiable information. We will not play games during the class, but discuss the games we are playing. Here’s a little idea of how the structure of the sessions might go: - Welcome, learners share what video game they’re currently playing, and which device they’re using, eg. PlayStation, steam, etc. - Open discussion. Chat about trophies, strategies, quests, levels, or any other video gaming topic - New game chat. What new or upcoming games are we excited about playing? All teenage gamers welcome, whether you're new to gaming or have been gaming for years.
