Each week we will warm up, learn basic dance technique and do a short dance combination. All brand new choreography each week! Style of dance will vary but will consist of Ballet, Jazz and Hip Hop Moves. We will end with a game of freeze dance! Week 1 - "Hey Gabby!" Week 2 - "Sprinkle Party" Week 3 - "The Music in You" Week 4 - "Spa Science" Week 5 - "The Magic of the Garden" Week 6 - "You Can't Spell Meow without Me" Week 7 - "Living in the Meow" Week 8 - "Roll with It" Week 9 - "Let's Go For a Ride" Week 10 - "Craft-y-riffic" Week 11 - "Whoopsies" Week 12 - "A Friend Like You" Week 13 - "Dance Like a Gabby Cat" Week 14 - "Just Breathe" Class will start over from the beginning.
Learning Goals
Your child will learn basic dance steps in a creative and positive learning environment. They will also learn short choreographed dance combinations, which will learners various patterns. Dancing to music also teaches the student how to develop rhythm and musicality. And most of all, learn to have fun and enjoy movement!

Parental Guidance
Please make sure your child is in an area where they can move around freely. Also, having a water bottle nearby during class is encouraged. Students will want to be in comfortable clothes that they can easily move in and hair pulled back. By signing up for this class you should understand that when participating in any exercise or dance program, there is the possibility of physical injury. If you engage in these online dance classes, you agree that you do so at your own risk, are voluntarily participating in these activities, assume all risk of injury to yourself.

Hello! I’m Miss Lauren and am a performer, educator, choreographer and former dance studio owner in Milton, VT.
I am trained in various styles of dance including Ballet, Tap, Jazz, Hip Hop, Lyrical, Modern and Acrobatics and hold a Bachelors Degree in Dance. I am also a professional for Dancing with the Stars Burlington and have graced the Flynn stage with my performance in 2019 and guest performance in 2022.
I provide wholesome dance classes where movement and music selection is always age appropriate. My main focus is to create a fun and energetic learning environment allowing kids to express themselves! I have been instructing children of all ages for 18 years and have loved every minute of it!
When not dancing, I can be found spending time with my husband and two boys. Dancing has always been my number one love and passion and is the fuel for my soul! I can’t wait to see you in my class! Now let’s get moving!
