Class Experience

In this ten-day online class, students will be engaging in conversation about popular medical television shows: Grey's Anatomy while exploring the underlying science. 

Students will be guides to discuss the main characters, plot, and themes of the selected episode. 
Day 1: Encephalocele (Brain outside the skull)
Day 2: Hemangioblastomas (Tumor in the spine- Meredith and Derek tumor on the wall)
Day 3: Normal Pressure Hydrocephalus (Zola's brain surgery)
Day 4: Poliovirus ( Related to...

1 hour 20 minutes per week in class, and maybe some time outside of class.
