Calling all future paleontologists! Are you ready to travel back in time and discover the dinosaurs that lived long ago? Then let's go! Learners will begin class with a quick ice breaker to help them get to know each other! They can bring a dinosaur toy or picture to class so that they can share their favorite dinosaur with others. We will look at pictures and learn fun facts about a different dinosaur each week. We will investigate what they looked like, what they ate, and where they lived. Learners can share what they know about the dinosaur and ask questions that we will explore together. We will use books, websites, and videos to learn more about each dinosaur. Learners will received a "Creature Feature" printable that we will use to record the results of our investigation. Learners will write and draw the dinosaur.
