In this one time art class, students will be learning to draw a furry realistic chocolate Labrador in graphite pencil. We will break down the animal into simple shapes and then refine our drawing. Drawing techniques will cover structure, shading, highlights, mark making, texturizing, blending, and rendering as needed for the specific project. Graphite drawing pencil set. Small and large rubber eraser. Gum eraser. Drawing paper. Tissues for blending. Blending stubs for blending. Pencil sharpener. Clean, dry, medium flat brush for blending. (optional)
Use only non-toxic, child-safe drawing mediums/supplies.
