This ongoing course will be 30 minutes each Tuesday morning and we will complete a fun cardio workout. No need for any prior experience or equipment; although if you want to use small weights you can. As this is an ongoing class, students are welcome to attend some or all weeks and to skip classes when necessary. Parental Guidance
Safety is my top priority. Students will need an open workout space, proper footwear, a water bottle, and stretching beforehand. Injuries can occur if the student is not properly supervised.
