Class Experience
Strengthen your knowledge of the parts of speech with fun fill-in-the-blank action and adventure stories about our favorite animal... cats! Funny Cat Libs focuses on using nouns, pronouns, and adjectives. First, we will review the parts of speech by completing pre-written Cat Libs together as a class. As with traditional Mad Lib games, students will be asked to provide words to fill in the blanks. In this humorous description-focused class, our Cat Libs word prompts will ask for nouns...

I have a BA in English, an MA in Professional Writing, and have taught online and in person in both traditional and non-traditional classrooms. I am also a published author and professional editor.
Learners should bring something to write with, such as pen/pencil and paper or a word processing program like Word or Google Docs.
1 hour per week in class, and maybe some time outside of class.
