Students who love writing creative fiction will enjoy this class. Students are presented with a unique and interesting prompt. The prompt might be visual, audio, text, or a combination of these. Prompts are designed to be open-ended and spark ideas. After a short brainstorm and planning time, they write a fictional piece. Periodically, there will be check-ins and opportunities to share or ask for suggestions. We will use aspects of fiction writing, plot, setting, character, point of view,...
Learners will not need to use any apps or websites beyond the standard Outschool tools.
