Welcome and thanks for stopping by my profile. This is a class focused on many types of leadership/management styles. Leading people through the encompassing form of charisma has proven to be such a valuable style to possess, to not only inspire other people, but to also help build fruitful micro interactions within one's world. Therefore, the class has been designed to focus on the core functions of management i.e. leadership and highlight the importance of charisma, as well as other powerful leadership styles. My teaching style is very interactive, energetic and I always look to engage students in prosperous discussion. Students will have the opportunity to engage with their peers and myself. I welcome students of all ranges of experience and trust that they will enjoy the structure of the lessons. Please see a breakdown of the class structure:

Please Note: Due to discussions about the importance of non-verbal communication and verbal interactions in the conversational classes, it is imperative to have your camera on. Please subscribe only if you are able and comfortable to interact with your camera on. Outschool policy doesn't require cameras to be on past the verification stage. However, as per this particular conversational class format, it is required to have your camera on for the full duration of class.

Moreover, as this is an ongoing class, I will aim to keep it rolling each week. However, please keep in mind that due to family obligations, the Covid-19 crisis etc, unfortunately, this may not always be possible and I may need to cancel sections. If a section is to be cancelled I will aim to do it in advance, preferably before the beginning of the respective week the class is scheduled to take place.
