Fundamentals of Cartooning: Create Characters from Head to Toe

In this six-week course, students will explore the fundamentals of cartooning, building skills in drawing character heads, creating expressions, sketching figures, and designing costumes. This class provides a creative and supportive environment where young artists can develop their techniques and bring their characters to life.

Class Experience
This class focuses on essential cartooning concepts, including character proportions, facial expressions, body language, and costume design. Students will learn step by step through live instruction, demonstrations, and guided practice.

Each session will include interactive exercises, opportunities for individual creativity, and constructive feedback to help students grow as artists. My teaching style is supportive and engaging, fostering a fun, relaxed environment where students feel encouraged to experiment and improve their skills. By the end of the course, students will have created unique characters and gained a solid foundation in cartooning.
