As with any physical activity, your child should consult with a physician before engaging in such activity. An open workout space is needed that is out of the way of tables, chairs, bookshelves, etc. to prevent injuries as we will be actively moving during the course. A water bottle, and exercise clothing such as sneakers, shorts, t shirts, etc is needed as well. All stretching and warm ups will be done during the lesson.
