Hi everyone! I am so excited to offer this multi-day camp where we will have some fun with watercolor painting! We will be creating four paintings in this camp, all using slightly different techniques and methods. Over the four days, we will create a colorful galaxy sky above mountains, a loosely painted cherry blossom tree, a tropical sunrise, and flowers with transparent petals. Supplies: -Watercolor paper 140lb -Paintbrushes (soft bristles, meant for watercolor) -Watercolor paints -2 cups of water -Masking/painters/washi tape -Paper towel -Black gel pen or thin point sharpie -White Posca pen, gouache, or acrylic paint -Hairdryer -Pencil and eraser -Scissors
Learners will not need to use any apps or websites beyond the standard Outschool tools.
Scissors will be used to cut a circle out of tape for one of the paintings. A hairdryer will also be used to dry the paint between layers.
