Class Experience

1st Grade Math is a live comprehensive math class that covers all of the topics a student should learn in the 1st grade. Students will learn the following:

Learning Numbers Up To 100
Find The Missing Number
Counting By 2s, 5s, 10s
Single Digit Addition and Subtraction, working up to 3 digits by the end of the course.
Word Problems
Place Value
Measurement and Simple Data
Shapes
Finding Patterns
Simple Fractions of Shapes
Adding and Subtracting Simple Fractions

Pie Charts

I love teaching early math, this is such a fun age group to work with. With a visually appealing theme, it really makes the lesson fun for the kids.
