Fun With Guitar

Let’s get started on the guitar!  Students will learn the fundamentals of reading notes on the staff, how to properly hold the guitar, hand position, and simple songs involving the first three strings of the guitar.  Each student will work out of the Hal Leonard Guitar Method Book 1, but have the opportunity to use supplemental material. No prior knowledge, or experience in music is required.
