Class experience
In this 4 week course, students will engage in fall/autumn themed science and art activities. They will learn about the life cycles of apples, pumpkins, and leaves through vibrant slide shows, simple crafts, and science experiments. Students will get into the fall spirit while learning and having fun! Students do not need to have access to apples, leaves, or pumpkins to be able to participate in this class. Students will learn the parts and life cycles of apples, pumpkins, and leaves. Students will create simple crafts and enjoy science experiments.

**Supplies broken down by week below. I will provide printables in case you do not have access to leaves/apples/pumpkins. Please just let me know ahead of time! Week 1: Construction paper/white paper Paint, paintbrush, plates/containers to put the paint in Apple (cut in half) Week 2: White paper Pencil and eraser Colored pencils/wax crayons Small pumpkin (optional), knife, and parent to help Week 3: Construction paper/white paper Leaves Colored pencils/wax crayons Week 4: Construction paper/white paper Pencil and eraser Paint, plate to put it on Q-tips/cotton balls **If you do not have any of these supplies, feel free to message me and I will help you find an alternative.
Learners will not need to use any apps or websites beyond the standard Outschool tools.
** If students choose to dissect a pumpkin at home along with me, they will need a parent to help cut it up with a knife.
