Description
Class Experience
This is a one on one class for children learning English as their second language. Students will need to know a moderate level of English for this class. The learning goals for this class are: learning the definition of a fable. Also learning the vocabulary and definitions of the words: sudden, swallow, repeat, tangle, and naw. Students will then read the story "The Lion and The Mouse" to practice their reading skills. After reading the story, students will answer comprehension questions and discuss the story, characters, and the moral of the story.
No homework
No material are needed for this class.
Learners will not need to use any apps or websites beyond the standard Outschool tools.
Comprehension questions will be asked at the end of class. We will also have a discussion on the moral of the story.
30 minutes per week in class, and maybe some time outside of class.
