Fun Memes and Surrealist Dreams- A Crash Course in Photoshop

Photoshop is an important tool for any designer, photographer, or anyone working in the art field at all. learning how to manipulate photographs and bring in and edit images is a cornerstone for many careers in the arts. I've been working with this program since I was a teenager and am happy to share my knowledge with your children. 

I will be covering the basic selection tools in photoshop, what they do, and how to use them effectively to create fun and surreal imagery. 

In the first class, we will all be working with the same file in more of a follow-along lecture, where I will be constantly checking for understanding. we do not move forward in this class until everyone understands.

By the second class, we will be working on our own files and own projects based on images that we choose ourselves. 

The third class will consist of experimentation and going over advanced techniques to try on our own work and different ways we can use photoshop in our lives whether it be creating art, memes, or just a fun image to share with friends.

Any and All screen sharing will be done through Zoom's screen sharing tools, and will be used to show photoshop and how to open it on a desktop, and in one lesson, i will be sharing my chrome browser to show google images and show how to collect images for use in photoshop.
