Description

Class Experience

Lessons will be taught in both English and Mandarin Chinese (native speaker). 

Each week, learners will:
* Learn popular Chinese culture / customs / festivals / how Chinese culture evolved and/or difference between Western and Chinese culture. 

We will select one or two topics each time, topics are: 
Chinese New Year: what to eat, what to say, what to do... 
Chinese Zodiac Years: what animal am I?  
Qingming Festival (Tomb-sweeping Day)
Duanwu Festival (Dragon Boat Festival)
Chinese's table...

This class is taught in Mandarin Chinese.

I have been teaching Mandarin Chinese privately and with a global language corporation to adults and children. I believe a small class setting is best for language learning so I can actively assist students with their language needs. Here are some comments from my students and their parents:

Based upon the feedback from my students, I believe your children will enjoy learning with me.  Learning a language is a commitment. I offer small class settings so I can make sure each learner gets their opportunity to learn to use Chinese.

No homework required. This is a class for learners to explore the Chinese language, writing, and speak (with a native speaker).

Learners will not need to use any apps or websites beyond the standard Outschool tools.

30 minutes per week in class, and no time outside of class.
