Learners will engage in various aspects of the lesson by sharing what is special about them and their preferences as well discovering about others in the lesson. Slides will be shared to visually reinforce the focus of the lesson and keep learners engaged. Lessons will include hands on data collection to analyze data, represent data, survey classmates' data, finding mean, mode, and median values as well as the spread and introduction to standard deviation and probability. This course is divided into 4 classes: Introduction, overview, data collection & definitions Surveying other’s data, mean, median, representing data Candy day-probability and knowledge sharing Standard deviation and review

I hold a degree in Psychology and an MBA. I also hold a 150-hour master teacher certificate for teaching English as a second language courses. Furthermore, I have served as a college counselor for almost 5 years advising students and families on the college acceptance process. I have taught middle school, have been an academic administrator in a Pre-K 12 school and was a founding director of a Learning center.
