Class experience

- Students who are participating can improve their full body fitness and overall cardio. Teaching the importance of cardio and its relevance to sports performance. 
- Students will learn that fitness in general can keep them active, healthy and happy.
- Students will learn how important warm up exercises and stretching is important to recovery and reducing muscle soreness. 
- Students will learn to work with others in teams
- Students will learn correct form and technique 
- Overall, how to push through when things get tough, which essentially will be a life skill that can be translated in any area in our lives
- Water Bottle
- Towel
- Open space
Learners will not need to use any apps or websites beyond the standard Outschool tools.
Potential hazards:
Include, but not limited to, needing an open workout space, close-toe shoes, and adequate stretching beforehand. No glass or any delicate objects in the area.
