Poetic forms are in abundance, and this ongoing course will let us focus on one or two of those forms each week! It includes all of my one-time poetry classes, and even more will be added as we continue! The following forms will be taught in this ongoing class: LESSON #1 - Catchin' the 5-7-5 (Writing and Enjoying Haiku)" (Let's see just how much fun we can have with 17 syllables!) I've taught reading and writing to multiple ages for several years, and I also have served as an instructional coach. I absolutely love to write and share the joy of writing, and I've taught writing for several years. I understand that writing isn't everyone's cup of tea, so I am beyond happy to share some ways to bring your words to the surface. Oftentimes, it's just a matter of sorting out what's happening in your brain and getting it to come out in the right order. I'm here for you!
