In this one-time beginner trampoline and yoga class, students will do fun exercises on their bed or large trampoline.

Class Experience

Students will learn jumps and yoga poses while having fun!
I have taught gymnastics, dance, trampoline, and yoga to children for nearly 20 years! 
A large mattress or trampoline (NOT a small indoor trampoline) A blanket Comfortable, athletic clothing Water bottle
Learners will not need to use any apps or websites beyond the standard Outschool tools.
30 minutes per week in class, and maybe some time outside of class.
Parental supervision is required. Open space around the bed is recommended in case of a fall.
