Fun Cheer/Dance/Gymnastics Workout for Beginners
In this 4 week course, students will meet once a week to learn different techniques used in cheer, dance, and gymnastics, as well as get their bodies moving. *Monday Feb 15th is a makeup for saturday's class. If you would like to still join us please do!

Description
Class Experience
Students will be taught and introduced to the various terms and movements that are commonly associated with cheer, dance, and gymnastics. No equipment is needed to join in, just a great attitude. Each week we will learn some basic moves, as well as have a body strengthening section that helps engage the correct muscles to do flips and tricks while in the gym or studio(not at home). Students will learn about the basics of cheer, dance, and gymnastics while also getting their bodies up and moving in a fun way!
Workout clothes, gym mat/open space, gym shoes, water bottle and parent supervision is needed.
1 hour per week in class, and maybe some time outside of class.
No tricks or flips will be taught, or encouraged to do at home. This class is to learn about the basics and to have fun workout if you can't get into the gym or studio. An open space along with proper clothing and foot wear is required. Parent guidance/attendance is strongly encouraged to watch over your child while they are in class.
We will refer to some pictures and videos of cheer, dance, and gymnastics so students can understand the sports better.
