Join us for a morning workout, and enjoy some strength and cardio training (HIIT), yoga stretch (Sun Salutation - Flow)!

Class Experience

With an emphasis on proper technique, students will begin with a cardio and strength warm-up that includes burpees, jumping jacks, squats, lunges, mountain climbers, push-ups, crunches, jump rope, and a fun dance move! Students will monitor their pulse rate, and observe how it changes during the workout.

The warm-up and workout will be followed by a Sun Salutation. Students will focus on their breath as they stretch their whole body, and prepare for their day.

Please choose a location with plenty of space to move around, and no hard objects nearby. Please monitor your child to make sure they are safe and not over exerting themselves. They should have a water bottle nearby.

No experience is necessary and all levels of fitness are welcome.

This class includes a strenuous workout. If your child has any physical limitations, please let me know. Please choose a location with plenty of space to move around, and no hard objects nearby. Please monitor your child to make sure they are safe and not over exerting themselves. They should have a water bottle nearby.
