Fun Beginners Taekwondo Class

- We teach martial arts! Our main focus is taekwondo however our curriculum incorporates several other practices (such as Kickboxing, general self defense, BJJ and hapkido) to give you the most well rounded knowledge and skill base possible!
 - In this class we will cover all the basics of taekwondo. That includes kicking and punching techniques, self defense skills, verbal judo to de-escalate situations, learn respect and other important life skills, even counting and other phrases in korean!
 - We begin class with a fun warmup, stretching and a life skill talk. Then we go into our curriculum for the day such as kicking and punching, then end class with a fun game that incorporates the focus of the class that day.
 - We believe in a positive and interactive teaching style. Students will be up and moving for the entire class. Master Nick has very high energy levels and always encourages and helps each student to have fun while learning and bettering themselves. No experience is needed for this class!
