Teacher expertise and credentials
Bachelor's Degree in Music or Theatre or Arts from Savannah College of Art and Design
Hi! I'm a passionate proponent that art can be added to any subject and that by adding art we can learn in a new and exciting way! I have fine art degrees from the Savannah College of Art and Design and have been teaching professionally since 2003. I started by teaching summer camps for kids, moved up to teaching K-12 art in schools, and am now a homeschooling mom who teaches private and group lessons. I'm excited to start showing you how art can be added to science, history, and English to make learning more enjoyable and to help keep those lessons in our brains.
