As a life-skills instructor with over 10 years of experience positive self-image has always been included in my curriculum.   I currently facilitate workshops with the public school system, public library system, churches, and youth organizations.  Confidence is a critical key to success.  Many adolescents need reinforcement on what they can do to improve their confidence and maintain a positive self-image.  This class is interactive, it allows for discussion, it is open to all students, and provides participants actionable ways to increase self-confidence, self-esteem, and self-image such as journaling, maintaining good personal hygiene, and much more.
