Description

Class Experience

Students will be able to:
Read sight words
Read blends
Start reading sight word readers.
Addition/subtraction
Telling Time
name and describe 2D/3D shapes
Measure
Compare numbers
name and show examples of 10-20
Sort items
We will be talking about:
Halloween
Veteran's Day
Thanksgiving
Christmas
The New Year
Your students can do the practice packets.
Read with your learner every night for 15 minutes.
Practice sight words.
Students will need: Dry erase board, marker and eraser preferred. It shows up better on the computer. If not pencil and paper is fine! We will be doing handouts each week also! If any other supplies are needed, I will let you know. We will build words with things like blocks, pipe cleaners, pom-poms, playdoh. If you do not let your student play with playdoh, you can always make homemade playdoh!
1 hour 30 minutes per week in class, and no time outside of class.
Play-doh may contain wheat, which could cause an allergic reaction if ingested in those sensitive to wheat gluten or with Celiac disease.
