Class Experience

Welcome! Thanks for considering Full Body Yoga Workout as part of your fitness routine.

Full Body Yoga Workout is an online yoga class with a fitness/exercise focus. We start with a warm-up yoga sequence that is safe and fun for kids of any age. We often do Sun Salutations and some standing balancing poses like Tree Pose (Vrksasana) and Dancer Pose (Natarajasana). This helps to improve flexibility as well as a strong sense of balance. Then, we take a short break before we incorporate some body weight exercises to help increase the heart rate and overall strength and endurance. At the end, we bring it all together with a cool down sequence using calming yoga stretches and cooling breathing exercises.

Overall, this is a full body workout will help you get that much needed exercise from the comfort of your own home! Come have fun with us while getting fit!
