I am a middle school basketball coach with experience and training in working with student athletics to ensure they are healthy and safe while practicing and participating in competitive sports. My annual training from the National Federation of State High School Associations includes sports nutrition, concussions in sports, heat illness prevention, heat illness prevention, and protecting students from abuse. I am also a fitness coach and a Certified Nutrition Coach (Certification #1220763404) from the National Association of Sports Medicine.
